bed and bedside conceptual

Apparte products respond to spatial and pragmatic needs with design-led sensitivity. Bringing an architectural mindset and process to the table, we create objects that understand and enhance daily life. Locally designed and manufactured, Apparte pieces are crafted with a desire to explore and work materials in new ways. We encourage collaboration and modification, because we believe that each space is as individual as the person within.

Otto Henkell architect

DreamPop is a product by Apparte, an architecture studio founded by Otto Henkell, focusing on design for all stages of life. DreamPop was created with a vision of furniture that can be easily assembled with minimal fixings and, just as importantly, disassembled without degradation. It’s since been iterated, tested and honed to deliver on both integrity and beauty in your home.

CRAFTED
FUNCTION

Apparte are an Architecture studio based in Melbourne, founded on the principle that good design should be inclusive and accessible. Whether it’s a renovation, a new build or a custom piece of furniture we’re working on, we start at the same place – conversation. Our clients are varied with hugely different needs. We take the time to meet people where they’re at and understand those needs so we can problem-solve collaboratively. We believe that projects of all types and scale deserve considered design thinking. Some of the best design in the world was born out of necessity and restriction. Briefs with spatial limitations, practical needs or unique challenges excite us and ultimately help us to be our best.

While our website is in construction, we’d love to hear from you and share more about our experience and approach. You can reach out to Otto directly using the details below.
